Unemployment has been a major problem in INDIA & consequently poverty. Today youth whether graduate or school dropout lacks the direction & focus. There are plenty of opportunities yet many fail to achieve. Choices are abundant but identifying the inner caliber & interest to pursue towards it is needed. Every individual should possess the power to choose the best for their lives.

 

Our aim is to provide necessary employability skills to the underprivileged youth & place them suitably in various sectors. Our training programme includes life skills development, job related technical skills, workplace competencies, work readiness, & On the job training .

 

The process starts with market scan and survey which gives a clear picture of the employability potential in the industrial and service sector of any given place .Next comes the road show to reach the unreached communities and locations that are  marginalized and neglected. It involves registration aptitude test, counseling and admission.

Induction is an orientation program in which aspirants are exposed to the basics of life skills and personality development .Classroom teaching and practical are being conducted

 

Assignment surveys, field visits, project and assessment records are different approaches towards development of an individual aspirant. Work readiness module includes training aspirants in resume preparation, workplace expectations, dressing and grooming and mock interview sessions. Work readiness module enables aspirant to understand about work culture and cope with problems arising at work place .Placement process includes developing relations with industry through ongoing communication, involvement and finding job opportunities for our aspirants.
